8. The 9/11 Report: A Graphic Adaptation by  Sid Jacobson and Ernie Colon (2006, 144pp) – This book is exactly what it its title implies: it takes the 9/11 Commission’s report on the events leading up to and surrounding 9/11 and condenses it down into a graphic novel. It even contains a foreword by two members of the commission, Thomas H. Kean and Lee H. Hamilton.

I was aware of a lot of the information, but putting it all together in an easy-to-read format was nice. It’s not a very long and reads very quickly (like say, uhhhh…a comic book). I had been curious to read this for years, and it was well worth it.

Next up: Naked by David Sedaris
