Solution: Stage insidiously witty, smart stunts: 7-Elevens are transformed into Simpsonian Kwik-E Marts. Various cities of Springfield in the U.S. lobbied to host the premiere; Vermont’s emerged victorious. Grown-ups are using Simpsons character avatars in their online communications.
The Payoff: Doh! This one’s not out yet. Stay tuned.

1/2 a block from where i live in Culver City there’s a 7-11 turned Kwik-E-Mart. it’s incredible… they have bouncers outside regulating how many people enter at one time and there’s ALWAYS (regardless of time of day) a line of at least 25-50 people waiting outside to get in. It’s phenomenal. And yesterday I read that Matt Groening visited this exact Kwik-E-Mart last week.
